Before construction begins, we work through the plans, specifications, selections, allowances and other project details that make up your home. The goal is to clearly define what is included so you understand the scope and contract price before the build gets underway.
If changes are requested during construction, pricing is documented through a written change order so you know how the change affects the project before additional work moves forward.
Communication at Key Milestones
Once construction begins, you shouldn’t have to wonder where things stand or what comes next. We keep you informed with regular updates, milestone walkthroughs and check-ins throughout the build.
